Save Selected Pages of a PDF as a New File

Type pages and ranges like 1-3, 5, 8- or click them, and save just those as a new PDF. Free, no sign-up, and your files never leave your device.

Free, with no sign-up and no watermark. The file is processed in your browser and never uploaded.

Pick the pages you want and save them as a new PDF. Type single pages and ranges in any combination, such as "1-3, 5, 8-". The original file is left untouched.

Step by step

  1. Upload the PDF: The page count appears in the hint under the field.
  2. List the pages to keep: Enter them in Pages to keep — "2" for one page, "4-7" for a range, "10-" for page 10 to the end.
  3. Extract: Click Extract Pages. The new file downloads with "-extracted" added to its name.
  4. Repeat if needed: You can change the page list and run it again without re-uploading.

Handy for

Signature pages

Pull just the pages that need signing from a long agreement.

Share a section

Send a colleague the three pages that matter instead of the whole report.

Remove covers

Keep only the body of a document by skipping its cover and back pages.

Evidence bundles

Collect specific pages from a statement for a claim.

Good to know

  • Pages are always saved in ascending order and duplicates are ignored. To reorder, use Reorder Pages.

  • To remove pages by clicking thumbnails instead of typing numbers, use Page Remover.

  • Spaces are optional: "1-3,5" and "1 - 3, 5" both work.

Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read and processed by JavaScript running in your browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server, and the result is created on your device.

Can I extract pages into separate files?

Yes — use Split PDF with ranges, or Pages to ZIP for one file per page.

Is the extracted content identical to the original?

Yes. Pages are copied without re-rendering, so text stays selectable.

What if I type a page that doesn't exist?

You'll get a message telling you which page numbers are valid.
