These terms apply when you use EasyConvert, which is run by Prabhdeep. By using the site you agree to them. They are written to be read, so they are short.

The service

EasyConvert is a free set of tools that run in your web browser. There is no account to create and nothing to pay. We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and we don’t promise that any tool will stay available or work in every browser.

Your files and content

  • Files you open are processed on your device and are not sent to us; the privacy notice explains the few optional features that use the network.
  • You keep every right you have in your files and in what you create with the tools. We claim none of it.
  • Only process files you are entitled to use, and respect other people’s copyright, privacy and passwords.

Check results before you rely on them

  • Conversions can lose formatting, text recognition and AI features can make mistakes, and compressed or edited files can differ from the original. Keep your originals and check the output, especially for anything important.
  • Tax, salary, loan, investment, health and other calculators give estimates based on published rules and rates as of the date they show. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice; confirm anything that matters with an official source or a qualified professional.
  • Photo, document and form presets follow published specifications at the time they were built. Check the current official requirements before you submit anything.

Optional online features

If you turn on Gemini mode with your own API key, your use of it is also governed by Google’s terms for that key. Peer-to-peer sharing relies on public PeerJS servers to connect browsers. These services are run by others and we can’t guarantee their availability.

Acceptable use

Don’t use EasyConvert to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or to disrupt, overload or attack the site or the services it uses. Don’t present the site or its tools as your own.

Open-source components

EasyConvert is built on open-source libraries that remain under their own licences, listed in the third-party notices.

No warranty

The tools are provided free and “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using them, including lost or damaged files, data or income. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
