Mirror PDF Pages Left-to-Right or Top-to-Bottom
Mirror every page left to right, top to bottom, or both, for iron-on transfers or scans that came out reversed.
Free, with no sign-up and no watermark. The file is processed in your browser and never uploaded.
Create a mirror image of every page: flip left-to-right, top-to-bottom, or both. This is useful for printing iron-on transfers, preparing pages for rear-projection, or correcting scans that came out mirrored.
Step by step
- Upload the PDF: All pages will be flipped the same way.
- Pick a direction: Horizontal (mirror), Vertical or Both.
- Flip: Click Mirror PDF. The result downloads with "-flipped" in its name.
- Check it: Open the file to confirm the orientation before printing.
Handy for
T-shirt transfers
Print mirrored artwork so it reads correctly once ironed on.
Mirrored scans
Fix documents captured through a mirror or front camera.
Light boxes
Print from the reverse side for tracing.
Teleprompters
Prepare mirrored scripts for beam-splitter prompters.
Good to know
"Both" is the same as rotating 180°. For simple upside-down pages, Rotate PDF is the better choice.
Links and form fields aren't kept on flipped pages.
Text is still stored as text, but it reads backwards when selected.
Questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read and processed by JavaScript running in your browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server, and the result is created on your device.
Is the flip permanent?
Yes — the content is drawn mirrored on new pages.
Is image quality affected?
No. The original page is reused as-is; only its placement is mirrored.
Can I flip only certain pages?
This tool flips all pages. Extract the pages first with Keep Pages if you need only some.
