QR-Rechnung Generator — Swiss QR-Bill with German Headings
Make a QR-Rechnung (Swiss QR-bill) with the German headings — Empfangsschein, Zahlteil, Konto / Zahlbar an, Referenz, Zusätzliche Informationen, Währung…
Free, with no sign-up and no watermark. The file is processed in your browser and never uploaded.
Make a QR-Rechnung (Swiss QR-bill) with the German headings — Empfangsschein, Zahlteil, Konto / Zahlbar an, Referenz, Zusätzliche Informationen, Währung, Betrag, Annahmestelle — already selected. Enter your IBAN or QR-IBAN, your address, the amount in CHF or EUR and the reference, and the receipt and payment part are drawn to scale as you type.
Download an A4 PDF with the payment part at the bottom (the Zahlteil mit Empfangsschein), the payment part on its own, or add it to the bottom of your own invoice PDF. French, Italian and English headings are one click away.
Step by step
- Enter the account: Type your IBAN or QR-IBAN (Swiss CH or Liechtenstein LI). The tool recognises a QR-IBAN by its institution ID (30000–31999) and switches the reference type to match.
- Enter your address: Name, street, building number, postcode, town and two-letter country code. Only the structured address format is used, which is the only one banks accept from November 2025.
- Amount and reference: Choose CHF or EUR and enter the amount, or leave it empty for a blank amount box. With a QR-IBAN enter the 27-digit QR reference (or type up to 26 digits and let the tool add the check digit); with an ordinary IBAN use an RF creditor reference or none.
- Payer (optional): Tick Print the payer’s name and address to fill the “Payable by” block, or leave it blank for the payer to complete by hand.
- Download or add to your invoice: Pick the heading language (English, German, French or Italian), then download an A4 PDF with the payment part at the bottom, the payment part only, or use Add to my invoice PDF to print it on the bottom 105 mm of a page of your invoice or as an extra A4 page.

Good to know
Text is set in Helvetica, one of the fonts the guidelines allow. The rare letters Helvetica can’t show in a PDF (such as ő or ș) are printed in Noto Sans.
The Swiss cross in the middle of the code is part of the standard; the code still scans because QR error correction (level M) covers it.
References are printed the way the guidelines ask: QR references in blocks of five digits, creditor references and IBANs in blocks of four.
Check your QR-IBAN and IBAN with the IBAN validator if a bank has given you a new one. If the invoice PDF is password-protected, unlock it first.
EasyConvert follows the published format but is not affiliated with or endorsed by any bank or scheme owner. Always scan a test code with your own banking app before sending invoices.
Questions
Was ist der Unterschied zwischen QR-IBAN und IBAN?
A QR-IBAN (institution ID 30000–31999) is used only together with a 27-digit QR reference (QRR). An ordinary IBAN is used with an RF creditor reference (SCOR) or without a reference (NON). The tool detects which one you entered and offers the matching reference type.
What is a QR-bill?
The Swiss payment slip that replaced the orange and red inpayment slips, which were withdrawn at the end of September 2022. It consists of a receipt (62 × 105 mm) and a payment part (148 × 105 mm) with the Swiss QR code. The layout and content are defined in the Swiss Payment Standards’ Implementation Guidelines for the QR-bill published by SIX; this tool follows version 2.3.
What is the difference between a QR-IBAN and an ordinary IBAN?
A QR-IBAN is a special account number your bank gives you for incoming QR-bill payments with a QR reference; its institution ID (digits 5–9) is in the range 30000–31999. A QR-IBAN must always be used with a QR reference, and an ordinary IBAN never can be — it takes an ISO 11649 creditor reference (RF…) or no reference.
How is the QR reference check digit worked out?
The QR reference has 27 digits. The last one is a check digit computed with the recursive modulo 10 method (the same one the old orange slips used) over the first 26. Type your own number — for example a customer number followed by the invoice number — and the tool pads it with zeros and adds the check digit.
Can I still use combined addresses (type K)?
No. From November 2025 only structured addresses (type S), with separate fields for street, building number, postcode and town, are accepted, so this tool only creates those.
Do I need perforated paper?
No. When the bill is printed on plain paper or sent as a PDF, the lines between the receipt and payment part and above them must be shown with a scissors symbol — the tool draws them for you. Print at 100 % (“actual size”) so the 46 × 46 mm QR code and the 105 mm height stay exact.
What if my invoice already has text at the bottom?
The payment part needs the full bottom 105 mm of the page. The tool checks the page you pick and warns you if anything is printed there; move your footer up in your invoice template, or add the payment part as a new A4 page instead.
Are my account details or invoices uploaded?
No. The payment code, the PDFs and the changes to your invoice are all made in your browser on your own device. Your IBAN, amounts, addresses and invoice files are never sent to a server, and nothing is stored after you close the tab.
