QR Platba Generator — Czech Payment QR Code (SPAYD) for Invoices
Generate a Czech QR platba (SPAYD) code with account, amount, variable symbol and message, ready for invoices — the format every Czech banking app reads.
Free, with no sign-up and no watermark. The file is processed in your browser and never uploaded.
Generate a QR platba code — the payment QR code Czech banking apps scan to fill in a transfer. Enter the account in the domestic form (prefix-number/bank code) or as an IBAN, the amount, the variable symbol, a message and an optional due date, and the code is built in the SPAYD 1.0 (Short Payment Descriptor) format.
Domestic account numbers are checked with the Czech mod-11 rule and converted to IBAN for you. Download the code as PNG, SVG or a PDF with the payment details, or stamp it onto your own invoice PDF — all on your device.
Step by step
- Enter the account: Type the Czech account in the domestic form prefix-number/bank code (e.g. 19-2000145399/0800, the prefix is optional) or paste an IBAN. Domestic numbers are checked with the Czech mod-11 rule and converted to the IBAN the code needs.
- Add the payment details: Amount in CZK (or EUR), variable symbol (VS), and if you use them the specific (SS) and constant (KS) symbols, a message for the recipient (up to 60 characters), the recipient name and a due date.
- Check the preview: The QR code updates as you type, and the encoded text is shown beneath it. Scan it with your banking app to check.
- Download or stamp: Save the code as PNG or SVG, download a PDF with details, or use Add to my invoice PDF to place it on a page of your invoice at the corner, distance and size you choose.
Handy for
Faktury
Add a QR platba code to invoices so customers pay with the right variable symbol.
Clubs and schools
Fees for courses, camps or memberships with a per-person variable symbol.
Private payments
Share a code for rent, a deposit or a shared bill.
Good to know
Put the invoice number in the variable symbol — that is what Czech accounting software matches payments by.
Print the code at least about 2.5 cm wide with its white border. A short caption such as “QR platba” helps payers recognise it.
The amount is written with a decimal point in the code (e.g. 1250.00); you can type it with a comma.
An asterisk in the message would end the field, so it is written as %2A, as the format requires.
EasyConvert follows the published format but is not affiliated with or endorsed by any bank or scheme owner. Always scan a test code with your own banking app before sending invoices.
Questions
What is QR platba?
The Czech payment QR code used on invoices. Its content follows the Short Payment Descriptor (SPAYD) format, introduced by the Czech Banking Association, for example SPD*1.0*ACC:CZ6508000000192000145399*AM:480.50*CC:CZK*X-VS:1234567890. Czech banking apps read it and fill in the payment order for the payer to confirm.
How is my account number turned into an IBAN?
A Czech IBAN is CZ, two check digits, the 4-digit bank code, the 6-digit prefix and the 10-digit account number (both padded with zeros). Before converting, the prefix and the number are each checked with the Czech mod-11 weights (6, 3, 7, 9, 10, 5, 8, 4, 2, 1), which catch most typing mistakes.
What are the variable, specific and constant symbols?
Numeric codes (up to 10 digits each) used in Czech payments. The variable symbol usually carries the invoice number so the recipient can match the payment; the specific and constant symbols are rarer and only needed if the recipient asks for them. They are stored as X-VS, X-SS and X-KS.
Should I remove accents?
The format allows UTF-8 text, but some older banking apps show letters like ř or ů incorrectly, so the tool removes accents from the name and message by default. Untick the option if you prefer to keep them.
Does it work for Slovak payments?
Slovak banking apps use a different format (PAY by square), which this tool doesn’t create. For euro payments across SEPA, an EPC QR code is another option.
Are my account details or invoices uploaded?
No. The payment code, the PDFs and the changes to your invoice are all made in your browser on your own device. Your IBAN, amounts, addresses and invoice files are never sent to a server, and nothing is stored after you close the tab.
