Step by step
- Capture the thumb: Press an inked thumb on white paper and photograph it in good light, or click Use camera.
- Crop: Drag on the photo to frame just the impression.
- Clean it up: Choose Ink colour, adjust Ridge detail, and optionally Trim to an oval.
- Download or stamp: Click Download transparent PNG, or upload a PDF, choose pages, position and width, and click Stamp Thumbmark on PDF.

No. The file is read and processed by JavaScript running in your browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server, and the result is created on your device.
Is the background really transparent?
Yes. The paper is removed, leaving only the ridges in the ink colour you chose.
Can I use it without a PDF?
Yes. The PDF stamping step is optional.
