Design a round, oval or rectangular company stamp with your company name curved around the edge, a location at the bottom and a short centre line such as “Authorised Signatory”. Choose an ink colour, borders and an optional worn-ink effect, then download a transparent PNG to place on documents or an SVG for a stamp maker to print.

This tool is for your own organisation only: it refuses wording that imitates government, court, notary or police seals.

Step by step

  1. Choose a shape: Pick Round, Oval or Rectangle.
  2. Enter the text: Type the text around the top (usually the company name), around the bottom (usually the city) and the centre text.
  3. Style it: Choose an ink colour, Double border, Stars between texts and, for PNGs, a worn-ink effect.
  4. Download: Click Download PNG (transparent) or Download SVG.

Questions

Why are some words blocked?

Stamps that say things like Government, Court, Notary, Police or Magistrate look like official seals. Making or using a fake official seal is a criminal offence, so downloads are disabled for that wording.

Does a digital stamp make a document legally valid?

A stamp image is not a digital signature. For legally signed electronic documents, use a recognised digital signature certificate.

Are my details uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything is built in your browser. Your entries and organisation details are saved only in this browser on this device so you can come back to them; use Clear this form or Clear organisation details to remove them.
