Step by step
- Add your organisation: Enter your business details, GSTIN, logo and signature once.
- Quotation details: Set the number, date and Valid until date.
- Customer: Enter the customer’s name, address and GSTIN.
- Items: Add each item with quantity, unit, rate, discount and GST rate. Tick Other state (IGST) for inter-state supplies.
- Terms and download: Edit the terms, then click Download PDF or Download Word (.docx).

Your organisation name, address, logo and signature are entered once and reused by every document maker — fill them in on any of these tools and they appear in the others.
GST is calculated on each rate’s taxable total and split equally into CGST and SGST, the same way invoices are.

Questions
Is a quotation the same as an invoice?
No. A quotation is an offer of prices before a sale; a tax invoice is issued after supply. Use the GST Invoice tool for invoices.
Can I edit the document in Word?
Yes. Download Word (.docx) gives an editable file that opens in Microsoft Word, Google Docs or LibreOffice. The PDF is best for sending; the Word file is best if you need to change wording later.
Are my details uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is built in your browser. Your entries and organisation details are saved only in this browser on this device so you can come back to them; use Clear this form or Clear organisation details to remove them.
