Free, with no sign-up and no watermark. The file is processed in your browser and never uploaded.
Turn one or more photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC and more) into a single PDF that stays under 500 KB — the limit many exam, job and government portals set for document uploads. Images are compressed just enough to fit, sharing the size budget in proportion to their size.
Step by step
- Add images: Drop your photos or scans and put them in page order.
- Check the target: The target is set to 500 KB; change it if your portal has a different limit.
- Choose page size: A4 or Letter pages, or pages that match each image.
- Create the PDF: Download the PDF — its final size is shown so you can confirm it fits.
Good to know
Crop away empty borders first so more of the size budget goes to the text.
Many pages under a small limit will look soft — split them across several uploads if the portal allows.
Questions
Why is the text a little blurry?
To fit very small limits the photos have to be compressed hard. A higher limit, fewer pages or tighter crops give sharper results.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser on your own device — nothing is sent to a server. Once a page has loaded it keeps working offline, except that text recognition downloads its language data the first time you use it.
