Exam Photo & Signature Resizer — SSC, UPSC, IBPS, NEET, JEE

Resize your photo and signature to the exact pixel size and KB range that SSC, UPSC, IBPS, SBI, NTA and other exam portals ask for.

Free, with no sign-up and no watermark. The file is processed in your browser and never uploaded.

Resize your photo and signature to the exact size and KB range an exam portal asks for. Pick a preset — SSC, UPSC, IBPS, SBI, NTA (NEET, JEE Main, CUET), RRB, GATE or a typical State PSC — and every value stays editable, because requirements change between notifications.

The photo is framed to the exact pixel size; the signature is cleaned (grey paper turned white), trimmed and fitted; both are saved as JPG inside the KB range.

Step by step

  1. Choose your exam: Select a preset from Exam / portal preset. Compare its sizes with your official notification and edit any value — width, height (pixels or mm), DPI, minimum and maximum KB.
  2. Add your photo: Upload a photo and position your face in the guide by dragging or with the arrow keys.
  3. Add your signature: Upload a photo or scan of your signature. Move the Paper cleanup slider until the background is pure white and the strokes are solid.
  4. Resize: Click Resize Photo & Signature (or just one of them). Both files download, and the result card shows their size in pixels and KB.

Handy for

Government job forms

SSC, RRB, State PSC and bank recruitment forms with strict KB limits.

Entrance exams

NEET, JEE Main and CUET (NTA) photo and signature uploads.

Civil services

UPSC forms that need images between set pixel sizes and up to 300 KB.

Re-uploads

Fix a photo or signature the portal rejected as too big, too small or the wrong size.

Good to know

  • Write your signature with a dark pen on plain white paper and photograph it in daylight — it cleans up much better.

  • If a portal also needs your name and date under the photo, use Add Name and Date on Photo.

  • For a signature on its own with more options (blue ink, transparent PNG), use Signature Resizer.

Questions

Are these sizes official?

They are the values most recently published by each portal that we know of, but exam bodies change them between notifications. Every value is editable — always check the official notification for your form and adjust before uploading.

The portal says my file is too small. What can I do?

Some portals set a minimum size (for example 10 KB) that a small, clean image can't reach even at top quality. Keep Reach the minimum KB ticked: it adds an empty comment inside the JPEG so the file reaches the minimum, while the picture itself stays exactly the same.

Why is my photo a slightly different shape after resizing?

It isn't stretched — the photo is cropped to the required shape. Drag and zoom it in the preview to choose which part is kept.

Are my photos or numbers uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything is processed by JavaScript in your browser tab — photos, signatures and the figures you type never leave your device.
