Convert .xlsx, .xls, .xlsm, .xlsb, .ods or .csv files into a PDF table. Merged cells, fill colours, column widths and number alignment are kept. Long sheets flow across pages without cutting a row in half, and the header row can repeat at the top of every page.

Step by step

  1. Upload a spreadsheet: Drop it onto Upload a spreadsheet.
  2. Pick sheets: Choose one sheet from Sheets, or All sheets to convert the whole workbook (each sheet starts on a new page).
  3. Set up the page: Choose Page size, Orientation and Margins. Wide sheets usually read best in landscape.
  4. Choose options: Tick Fit all columns on the page width, Show gridlines, First row is a header (repeat on every page) and Print sheet names as needed.
  5. Convert: Click Convert to PDF.

Good to know

  • Fit to width shrinks the text when a sheet has many columns; switch to landscape or a larger paper size if it becomes too small.

  • Bold and other font styling in cells isn't read — fills, borders of the grid and alignment are.

  • Formulas are converted as their last saved values.

Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read and processed by JavaScript running in your browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server, and the result is created on your device.

Is the text in the PDF selectable?

Yes. Text is placed as real text, not as a picture, so you can search, select and copy it. The exceptions are Devanagari, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and emoji characters, which are drawn as tiny images so they look right — those can't be selected.

Are charts included?

No. Only cell contents and their fills are converted.

How large a sheet can it handle?

Thousands of rows are fine; very large workbooks just take longer and use more memory in your browser.
