Step by step

  1. Add Markdown: Upload a .md file or write in the editor (a short example is pre-filled).
  2. Name it: Set File name.
  3. Pick a size: Set the base Font size; headings scale from it.
  4. Create: Click Create PDF.

Good to know

  • Bold, italic and inline code keep their styling. Links (http, https and mailto) are shown blue and underlined and are clickable in the PDF.

  • Numbered lists keep their numbers, and indented items become nested lists.

  • Tables and images aren't supported: table rows come out as plain text lines, and image syntax shows only its description.

  • #, ## and ### give three heading sizes; deeper levels look like ###.

Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read and processed by JavaScript running in your browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server, and the result is created on your device.

Which languages and scripts work?

Latin (including accented and Vietnamese letters), Greek and Cyrillic are fully supported: text the standard Helvetica font can't draw is set in embedded Noto Sans and stays selectable. Devanagari works for simple words, but some vowel signs and conjuncts may be placed incorrectly. Other scripts, such as Chinese or Arabic, appear as "?".

Is code syntax-highlighted?

No. Code blocks are set in a monospaced font without colours.
