Two converters in one. CSV → PDF turns a comma, semicolon, tab or pipe separated file into a neat bordered table, with the header row repeated on every page. PDF → CSV reads a PDF's text and rebuilds its rows and columns as a CSV you can open in any spreadsheet.

Step by step

  1. Pick a direction: Choose CSV → PDF or PDF → CSV.
  2. Upload: Add a CSV file (the separator is detected automatically) or a PDF that contains a table.
  3. Set options (CSV → PDF): Choose page size, orientation and margins, and whether the First row is a header (repeat on every page).
  4. Convert: Click Convert to PDF or Convert to CSV. For PDF → CSV a preview of the first rows appears below.

Good to know

  • PDF → CSV needs a PDF with real text. Scanned PDFs show "No text found" — run them through Searchable PDF first.

  • The CSV is saved as UTF-8 with a byte-order mark so Excel opens accented and non-Latin characters correctly.

  • For PDFs with several tables or pages, PDF to Excel gives more control (one sheet per page).

Questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read and processed by JavaScript running in your browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server, and the result is created on your device.

How is the separator detected?

The first 20 lines are checked for commas, semicolons, tabs and pipes, and the most frequent one is used. Quoted fields with commas inside are handled.

Is the PDF table text selectable?

Yes. The table is made of real text.

Why are some columns merged in my CSV?

Columns are rebuilt from text positions. Tightly packed or merged cells can land in one column; fix them in your spreadsheet.
