Step by step

  1. Choose a type: Pick a certificate type; the heading, presentation line and description are filled in for you.
  2. Personalise: Enter the recipient name and replace the [bracketed] parts of the description with your event or course.
  3. Add signatures: Enter each signer’s name and title, and upload signature images if you have them.
  4. Design: Choose the Classic, Modern or Elegant border and a colour.
  5. Download: Click Download PDF or Download PNG (300 dpi). For many people, paste names under Many certificates at once and click All in one PDF or Separate PDFs (ZIP).

Good to know

  • Enter a certificate number like CERT-2026-001 and bulk certificates are numbered 001, 002, 003…

  • Long names shrink automatically to fit the line.

  • Print the PDF on A4 at 100% scale, ideally on thicker paper or card.

Questions

Which names can I import?

Paste one name per line, or import a CSV — the tool uses the first column with “name” in its header, or the first column if none.

Can I use it for official degrees or government certificates?

No. It is for awards and certificates your organisation genuinely issues. Imitating academic degrees or official certificates is illegal.

Are the designs copyright-free?

Yes — the borders are drawn in code for EasyConvert and the fonts are open-licensed (SIL OFL), so you can print and share your certificates freely.

Are my details uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything is built in your browser. Your entries and organisation details are saved only in this browser on this device so you can come back to them; use Clear this form or Clear organisation details to remove them.
