Step by step

  1. Enter your details: Fill in name, title, company, phone, email, website and a one-line address, and add a logo.
  2. Choose a design: Pick the size, the Side bar, Centred or Split layout and a colour.
  3. Back side and QR: Tick Design the back side and QR code that saves your contact if you want them.
  4. Download: Click Print sheet (A4, 10 cards), Card PDF (exact size) or PNG (300 dpi).

Good to know

  • Print the sheet at 100% (“Actual size”), never “Fit to page”.

  • For double-sided printing, page 2 is the back, mirrored so it lines up when you flip on the long edge.

Questions

What does the QR code contain?

A standard vCard with your name, title, company, phone, email, website and address — phones offer to save it as a contact.

Does it add bleed for professional printing?

No. The card PDF is the exact trim size. If your printer needs bleed, ask them to extend the background colour or use a simple design with a white edge.

Are my details uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything is built in your browser. Your entries and organisation details are saved only in this browser on this device so you can come back to them; use Clear this form or Clear organisation details to remove them.
