Step by step

  1. Add your PNG: Drop it on Upload PNG images (other image types work too).
  2. Pick a style: Choose Logo / icon, Illustration, Photo (posterised) or Black & white — the preview updates as you change settings.
  3. Fine-tune: Adjust Colours, Remove specks and Curves until the preview looks right.

No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser, so your images never leave your device, and it keeps working offline once the page has loaded.

Will the SVG look exactly like my PNG?

Close for flat graphics, approximate for photos. Tracing converts colour regions into shapes, so gradients turn into bands of colour.

How big can the image be?

Images are traced at up to 1200 px on the longest side and the SVG is scaled back to the original size, which keeps tracing fast.
