Turn photos and scans of printed pages into an editable Word document. Text is recognised on your device, and the layout is rebuilt: large lines become headings, bullet points become a real list and broken lines are joined into paragraphs. Add several images to get one document.

Step by step
- Add images: Click Upload images of text. Several images are combined in order; drag to reorder.
- Pick the language: Under Text language, add the languages on the page (up to 3).
- Optional: Tick Also put the original image after each page’s text to keep the picture for reference.
- Convert: Click Convert to Word. The recognised text is also shown on the page.

Photograph pages flat, in good light and in focus — accuracy drops sharply with blur or shadows.

Questions
How accurate is it?
Clear printed text is usually 95%+ accurate. The confidence score is shown after conversion — proofread anything important.
Is the image sent to an OCR service?
No. Text recognition (Tesseract) runs in your browser. The first time you use a language, its recognition data (a few MB) is downloaded and then cached; your image never leaves your device.
