Timetable Maker — Create a Weekly Class Timetable

Build a colour-coded weekly class or study timetable and download it as an image or PDF, or print it.

Free, with no sign-up and no watermark. The file is processed in your browser and never uploaded.

Build a clear, colour-coded weekly timetable for school, college or self-study. Choose the days, edit the period times, type the subjects and download it as an image or PDF, or print it. The same subject always gets the same colour.

Step by step

  1. Name it: Edit the Title, then tick the Days you need.
  2. Set the periods: Edit each period’s time in the header row; use + Add period or the bin icon to change the number of periods.
  3. Fill in subjects: Type a subject in any cell — colours are applied automatically.
  4. Export: Press Download PNG, Download PDF (A4 landscape) or Print.
