Scan Paper to PDF with Your Phone or Webcam
Photograph pages with your camera or add photos; edges are detected, pages straightened and saved as one PDF.
Free, with no sign-up and no watermark. The file is processed in your browser and never uploaded.
Photograph paper documents with your phone or laptop camera, or upload photos, and turn them into a clean PDF. Document edges are detected automatically and the page is straightened; you can drag the corners to fine-tune. Choose a filter, rotate and reorder pages, then save.
Step by step
- Capture pages: Click Use camera, then Capture page for each page — or upload photos; each photo becomes a page.
- Check the corners: Drag the corner handles if the detected outline isn't right.
- Pick a filter: Enhanced, Original, Greyscale or B & W. Rotate, reorder or delete pages as needed.
- Set output: Choose Page size (A4, Letter or Fit), Quality and File name.
- Create the PDF: Click Create PDF.
Handy for
Receipts and bills

Good to know
Put the page on a darker surface — edges are found when the paper stands out from the background.
B & W gives the smallest files for text documents.
To make the scan searchable, run it through Searchable PDF afterwards.
Questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read and processed by JavaScript running in your browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server, and the result is created on your device.
Why can't it use my camera?
Camera access needs permission and a secure (HTTPS) connection. If it's blocked, allow it in your browser settings or upload photos instead.
Are photos uploaded?
No. Photos are processed in your browser.
Is the text selectable?
No — scans are images. Use Searchable PDF to add a text layer.
