Resize your photo and signature for the RRB (NTPC, Group D, ALP and other Railway Recruitment Board exams) online form. The RRB preset is filled in for you: photo 35×45 mm (276×354 px at 200 DPI), 30–70 KB, and signature 50×20 mm (394×157 px at 200 DPI), 30–70 KB, saved as JPG.
Requirements can change between notifications, so every value stays editable — always check the current notification on your regional RRB website before you upload. RRB requirements vary by recruitment cycle — double-check these values.
Step by step
- Upload your photo: Add a recent passport-style photo; drag the frame so your face is centred.
- Upload your signature: Sign in black ink on white paper, photograph it, and add it — the background is cleaned to pure white automatically.
- Check the values: The RRB sizes and KB limits are pre-filled. Change them if your notification says otherwise.
- Download: Download the photo and signature JPGs — each is checked against the KB range before saving.
Good to know
Use a plain light background and even lighting; avoid caps and dark glasses.
If your photo must show your name and date, use Add Name & Date on Photo first.
Keep the original files — you may need different sizes for other exams.
Questions
Are these the official RRB sizes?
They are the commonly published values at the time of writing. Notifications change, so compare them with the latest official notice and edit any value that differs.
What if my file comes out too small?
The tool finds the best quality inside the KB range. If an image is still under the minimum, keep Reach the minimum KB if the image is smaller ticked — it adds an empty comment to the JPEG so the file meets the minimum while the picture itself stays unchanged.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser on your own device — nothing is sent to a server. Once a page has loaded it keeps working offline, except that text recognition downloads its language data the first time you use it.
