Questions
Do these QR codes expire?
No. The data is encoded directly in the image, so it works as long as the content (e.g. the website) exists.
How much can a QR code hold?
A few thousand characters at most; long text makes the code dense and harder to scan. Lower the error-correction level if you hit the limit.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Everything is processed by JavaScript in your browser tab — nothing you paste or open is uploaded, logged or stored on a server. You can even use the tool offline once the page has loaded.
