Images to Video — Free Slideshow Maker

Turn photos into a video slideshow with crossfades, a chosen frame shape and optional background music.

Free, with no sign-up and no watermark. The file is processed in your browser and never uploaded.

Turn photos into a video slideshow. Set how long each image shows, choose a 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 or 4:5 frame (or match the first image), add crossfades and optional background music that's looped or trimmed to fit with a gentle fade at the end. HEIC photos from iPhones work too.

Step by step

  1. Add images: Drop JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC images. Thumbnails appear; drag the list to reorder.
  2. Set timing: Type Seconds per image — the total length is shown below.
  3. Choose the frame: Pick a shape and whether images are shown whole (with background colour) or fill the frame.
  4. Add music (optional): Choose an audio file under Background music.
  5. Create: Click Create Video. The slideshow downloads as MP4 or WebM.

Questions

Is my video uploaded anywhere?

No. The video is read, decoded and re-encoded inside your browser using its built-in WebCodecs encoders. Nothing is sent to a server, so private recordings stay on your device.

What resolution is the video?

Presets are 1080 pixels on the short side (for example 1920×1080). Match first image is limited to 1920 pixels on the long side.

Which browsers work?

Recent Chrome, Edge and Safari (17 or newer) work best. Firefox can read most files but may lack some encoders, such as H.264 — if a format isn't available, the tool says so before you start. Phones work too, but long or 4K videos can run out of memory.
